ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
-
B.Sc in Microbiology,
Botany, Zoology, Chemistry,Biochemistry,Physiology.
(Those students who have completed their 2nd year University
Examination in 2011 and awaiting 3rd year Examination Results
are also eligible.)

Correspondence/
Distance education courses are not eligible.
Admission is
provisional and it will be finalized subject to passing the B.Sc(H)
or equivalent with a minimum of 55%.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Step 1: Application forms are available on the College
website - www.sxccal.edu
Step 2: Download
the prospectus and application form. Print the form and fill
up the relevant details.
Step 3: Completed Application forms are to be submitted
along with an application fee of Rs 300/- and attested photocopies
of Class X, Class XII, B Sc Examination Mark sheet, C.U.
Registration Certificate, Proof of Date of Birth to the Post
Graduate Department of Microbiology, St. Xavier’s College on
working days.
Last date for downloading of application forms: 23rd June,
2012.
Dates of submission of duly filled application forms: 18th June,
2012 to 26th June, 2012
(Between 11 am and 3 pm)
Date of Written Examination: 10th July, Tuesday at 3 PM
Format of Admission Test: Choice questions on Microbiology (B Sc
Level)
Interview: 2nd week of July, 2012 (Tentative)

[Home students including SAARC Countries (Bangladesh, Sri Lanka,
Nepal, Bhutan, Pakistan etc.) will pay the usual fees. Students
from Asian countries other than SAARC, will have pay 2 times of
the usual fees. All other foreign students will have to pay 3
times of the usual fees.]
