XADAM

XADAM, a student's wing of SXC Cultural Association, is a performing arts body and its members actively Participate in various cultural events both inside and outside the college through out the year. The students comprising XADAM have won appreciation from audience and press extensively. It has greatly revived the Cultural atmosphere of the college and has contributed significantly in illustrating the rich Indian Cultural Heritage and spreading interest amongst the youth. Under the guidance of the Director of the association, Mrs. Sujata Parashi Lahiri, the students have scaled new heights.

Some of the mostworthy events are :

• Teacher's Day '07 and celebrating 50 years as S.J of Rev. Fr. P.C. Mathew and several others.
• Sharod Utsav '07.
• Inauguration of Boi Utsav '07.
• First Convocation and Valedictory Day Jan'08 presided by Hon'ble Vice President, India.
• Farewell of Rev. His grace Bishop Raju in which students of SXC Cultural Association were invited by All Faith Forum and FACES to perform in La Martinere for Girls School Auditorium.
• Independence Day '07 and '08.
• Teacher's Day '08.
• Performance for the Chinese Consultate.
• Bhasha Dibash '08 organised by BIS.
• Rabindra Prayan Dibash '07 and '08 organised by BLS.
