Soft Skill Training and Personality Development is an intensive program,
devised to impart the required soft skills to the participants in the
shortest possible time. Anyone undergoing this program will have great time

India currently produces 4.5 lakh engineering graduates and over 3.6 million
graduates in other fields. NASSCOM is still apprehending a shortage of over
5,00,000 people in the IT sector only, by the year 2010 because most of
these young graduates lack soft skills, a must for all the IT/ITeS units.
The other sectors like Retail, Hospitality, Entertainment and Media would
also face acute shortage of manpower for the same reason. St. Xavier’s
