Available from 12th July onwards from the respective offices.

Timings :

B.Com (Morning) : 2 pm to 3:30 pm

B.Com (Evening) : 5 pm to 6 pm

B.B.A. : 2 pm to 3:30 pm

Requirements :

1) Original Consolidated Marksheet

2) College I.D. Card

3) Payment slip (Convocation) of Rs. 200/-

Consolidated Mark Sheet 2007-10 is available till 31st July 2010.

Security Deposit Money will be refunded from 2nd to 20th August 2010.

Documents required for Security Deposit :

Bank Receipt (1st Receipt of Admission)

Security Deposit Certificate

Consolidated Mark Sheet (Xerox or Original to be shown)

B.A. & B.SC.

Available from the office between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. Students may collect them personally producing their identity card. Representatives of students may collect the certificates, provided they produce:

1. A proper authorization letter on which the representative’s signature is attested by the student

2. A valid photo identity card of the representative. and

3. Original Consolidated Mark Sheet or Original Admit Card

A fee of Rs.200/- is to be paid for the certificate. However, students who have already paid the fee at the time of convocation, need not pay it again.

Distribution of Mark-Sheet, Sem-6, 2010

B.COM [MORNING]	B.B.A.
June 4,7,8,9 : 10am-12 noon & 2pm-3pm June 5 : 10am-12 noon Students failing to collect their mark-sheet on the above dates may collect it after 2nd July 2010.	June 9, 10 : 2pm-4pm Students failing to collect their mark-sheet on the above dates may collect it after 2nd July 2010.

B.A. & B.SC.
1st June 10am-12noon for B.A. and 2pm-4pm for B.Sc. Students failing to collect their mark-sheet on the above date may collect it after 10th June 2010.	Consolidated Mark sheet and Grade sheet for B.A. & B.Sc. will be issued strictly between 3pm and 4pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday) for the Arts & Science office. B.Sc. General mark sheets are also ready.
